A customer-centric module was developed, prioritizing intuitive navigation and real-time payment visibility. Concurrently, a robust business-to-business module was constructed to optimize administrative workflows and enhance operational efficiency. A cornerstone of our approach was the creation of low-fidelity prototypes, which served as a visual springboard, accelerating project momentum. By iteratively refining these prototypes based on stakeholder feedback, we aligned the solution with Armadillo's evolving needs.

A standout achievement was the development of a fully customizable white-label application. Overcoming significant technical hurdles, our design team crafted a solution that empowers business portal users to effortlessly modify logos and color schemes, reflecting their unique brand identity.
