Armadillo is a Swiss-based company specializing in power supply services. They were facing operational challenges related to data management, customer service, and process efficiency within their power supply initiative.

Extensive research and analysis were undertaken to thoroughly grasp the project requirements. A mind mapping exercise was employed to capture all project facets, followed by iterative refinements to solidify the project direction.

To address Armadillo's multifaceted challenges, we engineered a comprehensive, modular platform. A customer-centric module was developed, prioritizing intuitive navigation and real-time payment visibility. Concurrently, a robust business-to-business module was constructed to optimize administrative workflows and enhance operational efficiency. A cornerstone of our approach was the creation of low-fidelity prototypes, which served as a visual springboard, accelerating project momentum. By iteratively refining these prototypes based on stakeholder feedback, we aligned the solution with Armadillo's evolving needs.

Powering Transformation: A Modular Platform for Armadillo

A standout achievement was the development of a fully customizable white-label application. Overcoming significant technical hurdles, our design team crafted a solution that empowers business portal users to effortlessly modify logos and color schemes, reflecting their unique brand identity. This dynamic application, comprising over 200 screens, was meticulously designed through a process involving mind mapping, visual direction, and the creation of detailed high-fidelity wireframes and visual screens.
